Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team at Mortgage Advisors Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. This full-time role will play a key part in expanding our client base and driving new business growth for the company.

1. Identifying and prospecting new lead generation opportunities across a range of industries
2. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and pain points
3. Cultivating relationships with potential clients through effective networking and cold-calling
4. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to secure new business
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives
6. Monitoring sales pipeline and activity to ensure targets are met
7. Providing detailed reporting on sales performance and customer insights

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Highly motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
4. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on sales activities
5. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
