We are a hair salon seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and effective team coordination.

Job Summary

You will support and oversee daily salon operations, coordinate staff scheduling, manage inventory, handle customer interactions, and assist in sales and marketing activities to drive business efficiency and service excellence.

• Oversee daily salon operations to maintain efficiency and deliver high service standards
• Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and workflow management to optimize team productivity
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a skilled salon team
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene protocols, and safety standards to uphold salon quality
• Assist in tracking sales data, preparing reports, and monitoring performance metrics to support business decisions
• Support marketing activities and promotions to enhance customer engagement and sales growth

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, F&B, or salon operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Other Information

• 5–6 days work week including weekends and public holidays as required
• Shift work may be required
