Warehouse & Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time (5.5 days/week)

Job Summary

We are a toy distribution business seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations, and assist in local B2B deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both digital and physical operations and wants to grow in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily e-commerce online orders — including picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching parcels.
• Work in the warehouse to support packing and order preparation for both B2C and B2B sales.
• Assist the B2B sales team by preparing stock and supporting last-mile delivery.
• Drive the company van when required to fulfill delivery requests, restocking at retail outlets or collect goods.
• Assist with setup and tear down of adhoc sales events.

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Approx. 40 hours per week
• Flexibility will be required during peak periods (e.g. sales events, festive seasons)
• Occasional morning/evening hours required for setup/tear down.

• Must possess the right to work in Singapore.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual or auto)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and handling physical stock
• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop or Shopify platforms is a plus

• Competitive salary: $2,200 – $2,800/month, commensurate with experience
• 5.5-day work week with reasonable hours

Workplace

Our warehouse and office are located at Kallang Bahru— easily accessible by MRT and bus. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team in a friendly and supportive environment.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
