Job Type: Part time / Contract (Full time)

Working Hours (Rostered Shift):

☀️ 7:45am – 5:30pm
☀️ 8:15am – 6:00pm

1:15pm – 11:00pm (coverage only, not frequent)

5 Days Work Week (Including Weekends & PH)
❗Rostered shift, cannot choose timing

Salary: $2600

Job Scope:

Handle inbound customer calls
Reply to email enquiries
Update customer details into system
Follow up on customer requests
Provide customer support assistance

Requirements:

Min O Levels / Higher Nitec
Prior customer service / call centre experience required (MUST)
Well-spoken with good communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems
Tech-savvy & able to multitask
Comfortable with rotating shifts & weekends
