Customer Care Specialist (Part Time)

Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service at fuel kiosk counters, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and courteous customer experience at all times
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide basic support at the kiosk

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, including:
• Clearing rubbish, sweeping and mopping
• Cleaning fuel dispensers and managing oil spills
• Replenish receipt rolls at fuel dispensers as required

• Assist with traffic control during peak periods to ensure smooth vehicle flow
• Monitor and maintain a safe working environment

• Report equipment faults, safety hazards, and incidents promptly to the Operations Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent secondary education
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including midnight shifts
• Flexibility to be deployed across different fuel kiosk locations when necessary
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to commit to a long-term part-time arrangement
• Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (according to the roster schedule)
