Administrative assistant

We are looking for a capable and responsible Administrative Assistant to support the company's daily operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take full ownership of administrative matters, and ensure smooth coordination across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the company's day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Handle administrative documentation, filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities as required.
  • Assist management with administrative and operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations and company procedures.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Support office administration and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction engineering industry.
  • Able to work independently and take full responsibility for administrative matters.
  • Familiar with Singapore's policies, regulations, and administrative procedures.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
