About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Prosegur Singapore Pte. Ltd. as an FX Sales Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Changi Airport East Region and play a key part in delivering exceptional foreign exchange services to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Providing expert foreign exchange advice and recommendations to customers
- Executing FX transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow our customer relationships
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our FX services and customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to explain complex FX concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A keen interest in foreign exchange markets and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore

- 2 Day Shift | 2 OFF | 2 Night Shift | 2 OFF (Rotating Shift)
- 0900 - 2100 | 2100 - 0900 (12 Hrs)
