Position: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Property & CasualtyLocation: Singapore
Job Description:
As part of the team, and reporting to the Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and contributing to the overall success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or a related field.However, direct experience is not necessary and mid-career candidates are welcome to apply - more importantly, we are looking for individuals with strong character, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager and senior brokers in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of insurance solutions.
- Prepare and review documentation related to insurance policies and client agreements.
- Liaise with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, including cross-selling and developing specialty lines.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to discussions and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
