Summary:

The incumbent is responsible is responsible to support our sales team and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales operations, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires a motivated and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: -
  1. Sales Coordination:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, follow-ups, and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate sales records & databases
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  1. Tendering and Government Projects:
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and bids for government projects
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and procedures
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Manage office administration, including supplies, inventory, equipment, and maintenance
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor reception
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  1. Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and concerns
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
