Summary:
The incumbent is responsible is responsible to support our sales team and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales operations, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service.This role requires a motivated and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: -- Sales Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, follow-ups, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate sales records & databases
- Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Tendering and Government Projects:
- Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and bids for government projects
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and procedures
- Administrative Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Manage office administration, including supplies, inventory, equipment, and maintenance
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor reception
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
