Main Responsibilities:
- Attending to incoming calls.
- Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.
- Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.
- Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.
- Preparing sales/service quotations & monitoring of customers' outstanding orders.
- Data entry for service job and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of or O’ Level with at least one year of working experience.
- Preferably with electrical/electronic background.
- Training Provided
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak mandarin.
