Job Description
We are seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance and support logistics coordination for daily operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth maintenance workflows, coordinate transport arrangements, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate building maintenance and repair works
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards
- Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance works
- Plan and coordinate logistics, including scheduling of transport and delivery of equipment/materials
- Support operational deployment of resources and manpower
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues
- Maintain proper records of inspections, servicing, and logistics activities
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Logistics, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or logistics coordination
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or building systems
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence
- Ability to coordinate maintenance and logistics operations effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
