ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a hands-on and solutions-driven IT Specialist to support both our Singapore office and overseas branch offices. If you enjoy a dynamic environment— this is the opportunity for you.

End-User & Desktop Support
  • Provide first- and second-level support for ~150 users across Singapore HQ and remote branches via chat, email, and occasional on-site visits.
  • Image, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS devices.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and on-prem AD/AAD hybrid identities.

Maintain conference-room AV, IP phones, printers, and VPN clients.

AWS Cloud Management
  • Day-to-day operations of our multi-account AWS Organization: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
  • Monitor CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and Config for compliance and security events; remediate findings.
  • Support quarterly disaster-recovery drills and backup verification (AWS Backup & cross-region snapshots).
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and maintain KB articles, SOPs, and runbooks for both desktop and AWS tasks.
  • Track asset lifecycles and forecast refresh cycles.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network services, and security, preferably in the offshore or maritime industry.
  • Strong knowledge of network support, including Active Directory, Microsoft Windows environments (OS, Office Suite, Exchange, Office 365), and IT security practices (firewalls, antivirus, backup solutions).
  • Hands-on experience with desktop setup, software installation, LAN setups, cabling, cloud services, network troubleshooting, and server connectivity.
  • Experience with IT asset tracking tools, procurement planning, and budgeting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support users across cultures and time zones.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player mindset.
  • Willing to travel internationally for IT inspections and provide technical support across multiple time zones, including outside regular business hours.
  • Possesses a valid right to work in Singapore.
