IT Operations Support Engineer (Regional Role – End User Environment)

Our client, a leading MNC in print managed services, is looking to hire 2 IT Operations Support Engineers for their Singapore office (Tai Seng). This is an in-house enterprise IT support role, focused on internal end-user support, enterprise network, and infrastructure operations.

• 1x Japanese-speaking (to liaise with Japan team and stakeholders)
• 1x Mandarin-speaking (to handle Chinese documentation and liaise with Chinese-speaking regions)

• Provide L1/L2 support in an end-user environment, covering enterprise systems, servers, network, and data centre operations.
• Manage daily IT operations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure minimal downtime for business continuity.
• Collaborate with global and regional IT teams on project rollouts and system improvements.
• Travel within the ASEAN region as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT operations or enterprise IT support.
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure (servers, networking, Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms).
• Familiarity with Office 365, VPN, Active Directory, and ITSM tools.
• Good communication skills in English, plus either Japanese or Mandarin depending on the role.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Azure Fundamentals, or CCNA are advantageous.

• Location: Tai Seng, Singapore (Hybrid work mode – 3 days office, 2 days home).
• Package: basic, AWS, plus 2 months variable bonus.
• Standby support may be required as the main data centre is based in Singapore.
