Facilities Management Manager (Preschool)

Oversee scheduled and cyclical maintenance across all preschool locations, ensuring timely response to service requests and urgent repairs.
- Develop and implement practical maintenance policies, supported by digital tools for tracking repairs, budgeting, and audit readiness.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and successful execution of minor renovations and inspections.
- Provide regular reports and data to management to support budgeting, capital planning, and facility improvement decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building & Material Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects exceeding SGD 5 million.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and M&E (air-conditioning), with experience managing multi-location facilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team leadership.
