About the role
As the Senior Facilities Management/Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management and maintenance operations for our properties. This is a full-time role that will involve working closely with the Property and Facilities Management team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our properties.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing comprehensive facilities management and maintenance plans to keep our properties in top condition
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of external contractors and service providers to ensure high quality and timely delivery of facilities services
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of facilities and maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement
- Liaising with clients, tenants and other stakeholders to address any facilities-related concerns or queries
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Managing the facilities maintenance budget and optimising costs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address facilities-related issues quickly and effectively
- Proven experience in managing external contractors and service providers
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, tenants and other stakeholders
- Proficient in project management and budget control
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services engineering or a related field
