Assistant Cook – Boutique Restaurant in Dempsey
We’re looking for an Assistant Cook to join our small, tight-knit kitchen team. Our initimate restaurant focus on well-executed food designed to complement a premium beverage menu.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking dishes in accordance with menu standards
- Support the culinary team in maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavour
- Keep the kitchen workspace tidy, organized, and hygienic at all times
- Monitor kitchen stock levels and assist with inventory checks
- Help create dishes that pair elegantly with our beverage selections
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and wok techniques preferred
- Enjoy working in a small team with a collaborative spirit
- Able to commit to a structured, steady-paced kitchen environment
