Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established transportation service provider. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the urban mobility space.

• Greet and engage potential customers in a warm, professional manner to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Understand customer background, needs, and purchase timeline to build a comprehensive Customer Profile.
• Provide accurate, engaging information about products and services tailored to individual customer interests.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all company vehicles and related offerings.
• Contribute to a strong sales pipeline by capturing customer information and arranging test drives or product demos for interested buyers.
• Keep CRM systems updated with customer data, sales progress, and delivery information.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and conduct orientation sessions for new customers based on their specific needs.

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is required.
• A positive, energetic attitude and genuine passion for innovation in the transport industry.
• Ability to clearly communicate and simplify complex concepts.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to stay informed on product developments and industry trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
