Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Looking for Fleet Controller / Operations Manager to join our Vibrant and Growing Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily trucking operations, including job allocation, route planning, and coordination with drivers, customers, and depots
Monitor vessel schedules and container movements to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays
Manage fleet utilization and capacity, including engagement of external haulers when required
Maintain job records and support billing for operational activities
Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Support cost control initiatives and improve efficiency in routing, scheduling, and resource utilization
Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support business growth initiatives
Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
1–3years of supervisory experience in logistics, trucking, or fleet operations
Knowledge of route planning, dispatching, and container/port operations
Experience supervising drivers or operations teams
Strong coordination and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational issues
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic operational systems
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
