Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including tactical buying, while developing procurement strategies, ensuring compliance and quality, and mentoring the team to drive excellence, accountability, and innovation.
• Develop and execute multi-year procurement and category strategies across key food categories, while driving cost savings, managing budgets, and negotiating favourable terms in alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, new suppliers, and best practices in indirect procurement.
• Oversee contract negotiations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while achieving optimal value for the organization.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate procurement effectiveness and support ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Manage and build strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and mutual benefits, while representing the company at trade shows and industry engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs, ensure smooth execution of activities, support brand initiatives, and manage inventory levels through regular communication within company guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in direct procurement with proven cost-saving results
• Strong Food industry network with excellent negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using AI-driven tools and with international sourcing experience, preferably from large organizations handling high-volume). Must have strong leadership and proven large-scale buying experience.
• Enhance procurement efficiency, data analysis, and sourcing decisions, with SAP knowledge
