Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive with solid fundamentals in accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing bookkeeping, payments, and invoicing while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous learning.

The Finance Executive will support the Senior Finance Manager in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring timely processing of transactions, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of finance processes. The role also involves assisting in audits, supporting budgeting activities, and providing reliable financial information to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
  • Prepare monthly financial schedules and assist in the preparation of management reports
  • Ensure timely processing of payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow and tracking expenses to ensure effective cost control
  • Maintain proper documentation to support internal and external audits
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Provide basic financial analysis and reports to support management decisions
  • Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantage
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Good understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, AutoCount, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn and grow
