Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Executive who can independently manage a full set of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.- Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL/FA)
- Prepare GST returns
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant government authorities
- Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures
- Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Quickbooks and SAP
- Knowledge of FRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
