We are seeking an E-Commerce Business Analyst to support e-commerce initiatives for a leading retail client. This role blends business analysis expertise with deep knowledge of Shopify platform capabilities, focusing on delivering scalable and user-centric solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Shopify-related implementations.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Shopify storefronts, custom features, and third-party integrations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on a solid understanding of Shopify platform capabilities and constraints.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Shopify enhancements.
• Drive scalable solutions using Shopify Plus and its ecosystem (apps, APIs, and customizations).
• Ensure all implementations adhere to industry and platform best practices, optimizing performance and user experience.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or computer Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 2–3 years focused on Shopify (preferably Shopify Plus).
• Solid track record supporting e-commerce initiatives, particularly within retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
• Strong grasp of Shopify architecture, ecosystem, apps, and APIs.
• Proven ability to document and communicate both functional and technical requirements clearly.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
