• Be the Subject Matter Expert and support the Loans Operations/Administration team in the management of Loans related projects
• Gather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis
• Work closely with the Loan Operations/Administration Business Unit, vendors, Technology team and Head Office on system enhancement, migration, process improvement initiatives etc
• Manage vendors, resources and budget, as well as monitor project’s progress and timelines
• Facilitate in system function and workflow design, which includes establishing new work procedures and resolving user and system issues
• Update system and operational manuals
• Provide training to local and regional users
• Provide support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Update Management and Head Office on project status and prepare reports

• At least 3 years of Loan Operations/Administration experience within the Banking industry and keen to transit into a Business Analyst role
• Experience in doing Loans processing which includes drawdown, rollover, and interest rate fixing etc
• Knowledge in Guarantees is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communications and stakeholder management skills
• Strong time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Certification in Business Analysis and/or Project Management is a plus
