The Opportunity
As an Account Director, Client Experience, you’ll be the go-to advisor for your clients, leading multi-channel communications strategies, navigating reputation and opportunity, and mentoring a passionate team. You’ll drive campaigns with creativity, purpose, and impact — across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
We’re looking for someone ready to push boundaries and elevate what’s possible.
What You'll Do- Lead and manage high-profile clients with strategic insight and confidence
- Oversee integrated campaigns across media relations, digital, content, and influencer engagement
- Ensure flawless project delivery — on time, on budget, and on brand
- Nurture strong client relationships built on trust, creativity, and results
- Mentor junior team members and inspire excellence
- Collaborate across disciplines to drive innovative thinking
- 8–10 years of PR/communications experience, ideally within an agency environment
- A strategic mind with hands-on project management capabilities
- Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative spirit, strong business acumen, and a sense of fun
- A natural hunter with a proven track record in business development
- Solid track record with team management and a passion for growing others
- Good time management skills and process driven
- Experience in managing multi-disciplined campaigns
- Strong media experience across the APAC region
- Deep sector experience in corporate and technology (ideally with B2C, B2B and B2G)
