About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the MidView City- Sin Ming Lane and will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
What you'll be doing- To provide Administrative Support for Full Scope of Office Management including Upkeep & Maintenance of Office Assets, Equipment & Supplies
- Answering incoming Phone Calls
- Preparing Refreshments for Partner & Guests
- Compiling Bills, Payment & Invoices for External Accounting Service Provider
- Ad hoc assignments in relation to HR/Admin/Accounts given by Partner
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment and candidates with HR, Payroll and Accounts work experience will be added advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good Self Discipline & Able to work Alone in the Office
- Minimum ‘N’ Level Education
