Tampines - Compliance Manager (REIT)

• Ensure adherence to MAS, SGX Listing Rules, and REIT compliance requirements.
• Develop, implement, and review compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory gap analyses.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions.
• Lead compliance training for staff and senior management.
• Prepare compliance reports for the Board/Audit Committee.
• Investigate and resolve compliance breaches or incidents.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years in REIT/compliance roles (MAS/SGX regulatory environment).
• Strong knowledge of SGX Listing Rules, SFA, and REIT governance.
• Exposure to corporate secretarial work will be advantageous but not a must.
