Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our purchasing activities, liaise with China-based vendors, and coordinate with internal technicians on machine specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and be able to read and speak basic Chinese to handle communications with suppliers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Support: Source and purchase components, parts, or machines from China vendors. Follow up on orders, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with overseas suppliers (mainly from China) to ensure order accuracy, resolve issues, and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Technical Coordination: Work closely with internal technicians to understand machine requirements and ensure that procurement aligns with technical needs and specifications.
  • Documentation & Records: Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, delivery notes, and supplier documentation.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order tracking, and follow-up with customers or internal departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Ability to speak and read basic Chinese (to communicate with China vendors).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general administrative tools.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with technical products or machinery is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international shipping, import processes, or vendor negotiation is a plus.
