Job Description:
- Oversee daily sales operations, processing of sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Address customer inquiries quickly and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, tender documents, and other necessary paperwork.
- Participate in product training (online or offline) offered by vendors to stay informed about new offerings.
