Sales Coordinator

Nature of Business: IT Solutions
Basic Up To $3500 + Variable Bonus
5 Days Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
East Area (Kaki Bukit)

Job Description:

Oversee daily sales operations, processing of sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Address customer inquiries quickly and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, tender documents, and other necessary paperwork.
Participate in product training (online or offline) offered by vendors to stay informed about new offerings.
