Logistics Coordinator (Luxury Retail | Maternity Cover | $4000)

The Opportunity:

• Maternity cover role | Central
• Working hours: M to F 9am to 6pm

We are partnering with our client, a leading luxury fashion brand in Singapore, to hire for an Inventory Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a globally recognized brand in a high-end retail environment. You will be part of the logistics team to support the operational flow of products and ensure accurate inventory control.

The Job:

• Coordinate warehouse-to-store distribution, returns, and replenishment orders.
• Support inventory control: cycle counts, stock reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage regional stock transfers and monitor incoming shipments.
• Handle logistics documentation, compliance, and invoice validation.
• Provide delivery updates and assist with general warehouse and inventory operations.

The Talent:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with import/export
• Basic knowledge with incoterms
• Experience in SAP is advantageous
• Knowledge of retail operations
