Regional Digital Marketing Manager – Sleep Segment
You will be responsible for developing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns regionally. You will spearhead the brand’s aggressive and strategic shift to digital engagement and tasked with driving brand consistency across the Southeast Asia region as well as plan, organize, execute and measure marketing programs to generate increasing demand for new leads and help advance existing opportunities in partnership with sales, marketing and business development team.
You will also lead and drive the products portfolio management in terms of market opportunities, positioning, pricing, initiatives and portfolio mix to increase revenue and profitability in Southeast Asia
Specifically, you will- Build, drive and implement the overall digital marketing strategy including contents, communication plan and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Lead and manage various digital marketing channels. Measure, assess and report performance of all digital campaigns with defined ROI and KPIs metrics
- Drive the development of brand strategy and product positioning. Design and execute marketing campaigns, track their performance and sustain or refresh them as appropriate.
- Translate the Group’s strategic business goals into regional and country sales targets for various products, sales channels and set key performance metrics.
- Scan the operating environment, competitors’ activities and customer demand and keep up with developments in the medical equipment space to identify business opportunities.
- Drive the identification and implementation of new technologies to enhance business outcome and improve customer service and business processes
- Drive and oversee the training for sales, marketing and clinical application staff while also support the customers and users on an on-going basis working collaboratively with cross functional teams across the region.
- Manage suppliers in maintaining mutually beneficial relations with them while securing a good margin for the company
You should possess a Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Science and have a minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in digital marketing and Go-To-Market planning and implementation in Southeast Asia regionpreferably in the medical products or consumer healthcare sector.
To succeed in this role, you should be digitally savvy, data-driven and conversant in the range of digital marketing channels as well as be strategic, with a growth mindset, be result-driven and demonstrate strong ownership and initiative with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
