SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- Commercial Fit-out

Our client is an international commercial fit-out company with offices in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Taipei.

They are looking for experienced Business Development Manager for their expanding Singapore office to develop a new market division.

Duties:

Work closely with the Director to identify and pursue potential opportunities and leads.

Develop leads and business opportunities independently

Assist with preparation of proposals/quotation/bids/RFPs

Represent the business in professional manner and grow brand awareness in the market.

Develop and maintain relationships with developers, corporate end users, MNC’s, real estate brokers and project managers

Attend industry events and build a network within the business community

Requirements:

Tertiary education, preferably in a related subject, Building, Design, Business/ Marketing or similar
Min 5 years+ direct business development/sales working for interior designers, interior contractor or office furniture solutions or similar.
Experience in the workplace/office/retail sector projects.
Ability to work independently and with senior management
Initiative, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
Good computer skills
