Fleet Operations Executive (Accident & Spare Parts)
- Location: Sembawang, Singapore
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Schedule: 5.5 Days Work Week

- Handle accident cases, provide guidance to drivers, and coordinate with authorities (police, ambulance, towing).
- Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and manage insurance claims.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore road and safety regulations.
- Source and purchase truck spare parts with competitive pricing and quality control.
- Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Work closely with workshop teams to support vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare reports on accident cases, claims, and parts usage.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive, or related field.
- Experience in fleet operations, accident handling, or spare parts procurement preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and respond to urgent situations when required.
