We are seeking a hands-on Operations Executive to support banquet operations across our hotels. You will be responsible for manpower planning, coordinating event execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage staff schedules to support all banquet events
- Oversee banquet operations across multiple hotel properties
- Coordinate with service teams for smooth event execution
- Ensure service standards and operational efficiency are maintained
- Handle and resolve operational issues when required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in hotel banquet or F&B operations preferred
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts (5 Days Work Week)
- Willing to travel between properties when required
