1. Contract Manager (Architecture) /Up to $7,500 @Joo Koon

• Manage procurement of projects, contract implementation & post contract management.
• Manage a team of QS (tenders, contractual matters & select & award of suppliers/subcontractors).
• Investigate & liaise with Construction Directors on disputes arising in the projects.
• Supporting on deliver projects that meet cost budget, sales revenue, quality & timeline targets.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets and cost control.
• Supervise QS team in contract administration, variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Oversee activities (process, procedure and policy, on time delivery and acceptable standards).
• Co-ordinate with other departments for activities and responsibilities.
• Provide guidiance to QS team, documentation of events and maintain appropriate records.
• Review the subcontractor/supplier/client quotation, and ensure they adhere to the terms.
• Evaluate and maintain list of subcontractors/suppliers and recommending new ones.
• Settlement of claims & disputes, examine the next level taking off and timely performance.
• Negotiation with subcontractor/supplier and handle purchasing process.
• Degree in Civil/Building/QS with 5 years of experience
• Understanding of construction contracts (“SIA Conditions”) and (“PSSCOC”).

1. BIM Modeller (ACMV)

• Develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve design issues and other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with Execution Plans, project workflows, and guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Building with 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) and knowledge of ACMV system layouts/documentation.

1. BIM Coordinator (M&E)

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
• BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
• To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
• Prepares and update Revit Model, 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Software knowledge in Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
