Responsibilities:
- As a Temporary Staff, you play a crucial role in promoting tax compliance and fostering a community of responsible taxpayers
- Interact with taxpayers through phone calls to fulfill their payment and filing obligation for Corporate Income Tax and GST.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least 'A' level/Diploma qualification
- Must be service-oriented and assist citizens in fulfilling their tax responsibilities.
- Able to handle taxpayers confidently and professionally
- Prior experience in customer service, along with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
