The Objective

Support Customer Account and Tax operations while driving co-ownership of issues and solutions across Whole-of-Government stakeholders
Track and manage requests, ensuring timely follow-ups, issue resolution and efficient processing
Coordinate with system integrators and stakeholders on integration, deployment and post-implementation hypercare support, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving agencies' queries.
Support system configuration, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and continuous improvements through change requests and new feature releases
Engage agencies and stakeholders to understand the systems landscape and gather requirements, feedback, and drive timely responses

The Talent

Tertiary education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems or related disciplines
Keen interest in Ops-Tech roles
Understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Receivable, Taxes and GST
Understanding in financial/billing systems, XBRL, XML and interface as well as system implementation will be useful.
Able to proactively develop and manage relationships with various key stakeholders
