1. Finance Executive (Group Netting) @Toh Guan

• Inter-company group AR & AP global netting (reconciliation, declaring, settlement & clearance).
• Create AR statement of account, reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up payment.
• Retrieval of invoices from system, bank netting declaration, SAP clearance & off-set
• Prepare audit report and analysis, TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
• Banking settlement & input netting for AR & AP, and follow-up inquiry and disputes.
• File supporting documents, distribute output to divisions and prepare break bulk chares billing reports.
• Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years in inter-company netting & Full set account experience.
• Experience in shared services is welcome, and proficient in SAP accounting software.

1. Finance Executive (AP) @Toh Guan

• Review AP payments, and monthly SOA, Post AP transactions/journal entries as well as accruals, reclassifications, and bank transactions.
• Reconcile and follow-up on monthly internal division transactions and settlements.
• Troubleshoot GRN errors, review & approve AP documents /Payment voucher & report for SAP posting
• Review quarterly GST reports for submission and provide MES renewal support.
• Monitor monthly account closing and ensure expenses are completely recorded.
• Analyze profit & loss report fluctuation, monitor balance sheet items & follow-up with PIC.
• Review manual invoices for related entities to recover expenses under special arrangements.
• Assist with treasury functions including cash flow analysis and renewal of BG.
• Support AP-related issues, advice on accounting codes and internal/external audit.
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance with 5 years AP and full set accounting experience.
• Knowledege in GST and proficient in SAP accounting software
