About the role
As an Admin at Sin Seng Hup Recycle Auto Parts Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial administrative support role within our organisation, contributing to the smooth running of our operations, We are located at Woodlands Industrial Park E3 in the Woodlands North Region.This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to utilise your strong organisational and customer service skills in a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing- Providing efficient administrative support to the management team and other departments
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document organisation and barcode system
- Assisting with the coordination printing and issues.
- Responding to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised and functional work environment
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customer on phone
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welcome Singaporean and permanent resident
