Job Description
Supply chain assistants work closely together with Supervisor with administrative and pragmatic follow-up of actions such as reconciliation of inventory against documents, sending inventory report, sending goods received report to client and communication with distribution channels and shipping counter parts .
Job Responsibilities
The duties of a supply chain assistant typically include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that adequate stock is available for customers
- Reviewing inventory records for accuracy and any possible problems with storing items
- Working with other departments to coordinate activities such as shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods
- Preparing reports detailing inventory levels and other supply chain data as needed
- Other administrative works as assign by immediate supervisor.
- 5 days week
- Min/preferred years of working experience: 1 year
- Willing to learn and able to work in fast
- Outgoing personality, Strong in coordination pace environment
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel , Mircosoft NAV dynamics
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
