Project Administrator - 12 Months Contract - Toa Payoh

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO Lead in managing billing, procurement activities, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources, ensuring smooth transition and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain the project calendar, including meeting schedules and travel arrangements between the project team and client site.
  • Oversee project and office assets, including procurement of office facilities or equipment as needed.
  • Take and document meeting minutes during client engagements when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
