Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparation of employment documentation, orientation arrangements, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence.
- Assist in HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management support.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore employment practices.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
