Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and culturally adept Sales Representative to develop and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin. Candidates with a proven sales track record and established client resources will be highly prioritized.
Salary Range:Basic SGD 2,000 – 3,000/month + Commission
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development:Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the target market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing of deals.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Singapore citizen.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. This includes spoken and written communication for business negotiations and presentations.
- Deep cultural understanding and familiarity with business etiquette in Singapore.
- Experience in the heat shrinkable materials & new energy industrial products industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
