Part-Time Outbound Sales Representative — Venue Partnerships

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, well-spoken outbound sales representative to contact higher-end bars, restaurants, gyms, lounges, and lifestyle venues.

This is a B2B outreach role. You must be comfortable calling business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

• Cold call venues from a provided lead list
• Pitch our partnership concept professionally and clearly
• Handle objections from venue owners/managers
• Book appointments or decision-maker meetings
• Track calls, follow-ups, responses, and outcomes
• Maintain a professional brand image at all times

• Strong spoken English
• Confident phone communication
• Fast learner
• Prior outbound sales / telemarketing / appointment-setting experience
• Comfortable with rejection and follow-up
• Organized and disciplined with CRM or spreadsheet tracking
• Able to explain a premium/lifestyle concept without sounding pushy
• Singapore market familiarity preferred
• Experience selling to F&B, gyms, salons, hotels, or retail venues is a plus

• Commission-based
• Paid per successful venue placement / confirmed partnership
• Performance bonuses available for high-quality venues
