Job Title: Executive Assistant (Bookeping/Accounting Background)

Salary: $3000- $3500

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliableExecutive Assistant with an accounting background to support a senior executive in both professional and personal capacities. This hybrid role includes administrative support, personal and household management, basic accounting and tax tracking, and coordination of ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and reports.
  • Coordinate communications and follow-ups on behalf of the executive.
Accounting & Financial Assistance
  • Track and manage personal and business expenses, petty cash, and claims.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and banks on personal and business matters.
  • Maintain records for income, expenses, donations, and tax-related documentation.
  • Prepare summaries for financial planning and tax filing purposes.
Personal & Household Management
  • Manage household staff scheduling, payments, and vendors (e.g. cleaners, maintenance).
  • Oversee home-related purchases, repairs, deliveries, and bill payments.
  • Arrange personal appointments and bookings (healthcare, dining, events, travel).
  • Maintain household inventory and assist with property-related tasks.
Project & Ad-hoc Support
  • Assist in planning and execution of special or one-off projects (e.g. home renovations, events, relocations, or business ventures).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support for side businesses, if any.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting C-level or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Basic knowledge of SG tax requirements and personal finance.
  • Strong coordination skills across personal and professional domains
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Administration and Accounting
  • Excellent skills in Google Sheets / Excel — strong with formulas, data dashboards
  • Experience with remote teams and cross-border management
  • Meticulous with documentation, contracts, and compliance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
