As a Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction (LTA), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the costing and pricing aspects of tender exercises, including documentation and submissions
• Carry out quantity take-offs and cost calculations for projects at various stages
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to develop competitive pricing
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to prepare detailed cost breakdowns and bills
• Assist with post-contract administration, including progress claims, variations, and cost reporting in coordination with client representatives
• Monitor project budgets and prepare periodic financial statements for internal review
• Assess and certify subcontractor and supplier claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance prior to approval
• Ensure departmental processes align with established quality management standards
• Provide general commercial and administrative support as required by management from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in cost estimation, tender pricing, and quantity take-offs across construction projects
• Prior exposure to rail or MRT-related tenders would be an added advantage
