Senior Quantity Surveyor – A1 Main Contractor | Upto SG$ 8K Basic

We are working in joint venture with a leading A1 Main Contractor (Top 5 in Singapore), actively delivering large-scale building construction projects

With multiple new project awards secured, we are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join the expanding project teams.

• Salary: 5 Days Work, Salary (Negotiable) + AWS + Variable Bonus (upto 2.5 Months), OT Paid

• Assist Contracts Manager in preparation of quotations for variation works, post-tender processes and contract administration
• Support contract administration, cost control, subletting, and final account settlement
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and tender documentation
• Manage contractual documentation and ensure proper records are maintained
• Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payment claims
• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors on variation works and final accounts
• Monitor project cost performance and ensure effective cost control
• Measure, value, and submit variation orders
• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for building and civil/infrastructure works (including structural and infrastructure components where applicable)
• Prepare and submit progress claims, payment certificates, and variation submissions in accordance with contract requirements
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders on contractual matters
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and relevant authority regulations
• Coordinate with Project Management Team to resolve contractual and commercial issues
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the QS Manager

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, including at least 2 years with a Main Contractor
• Experience in large-scale building construction developments preferred)
• Familiar with contract administration, cost control, and variation management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
