Business Operations Specialist (Malaysia Based Role)
This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between technical backend systems, external channel partners, and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle, Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client in the telecommunications industry to identify a Business Operations Specialist.
You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of subscriber lifecycles, ensuring high-integrity billing reconciliations, and driving process improvements. This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between technical backend systems, external channel partners, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end subscriber lifecycle, implementing automated workflows to streamline activation, recharge, and refund processes Act as the primary lead for channel partners and internal teams to resolve complex technical escalations and system integrations Drive the billing reconciliation and settlement framework with operators to ensure financial accuracy and eliminate revenue leakage Transform raw operational data into executive-level reports and actionable insights to support long-term commercial decision-making Oversee all operational compliance, serving as a subject matter expert for PDPA and customer privacy policies to mitigate risk Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor system health and drive continuous improvement in service delivery Key Requirements: 6-7 years of progressive experience in business operations, specifically within the Telecommunications, FinTech, or Mobile Services industry Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools preferred Strong ability to negotiate with and influence external partners and internal cross-functional heads Proficiency in English is essential; Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage to facilitate communication with regional partners.
