E-Commerce Assistant

Job Requirements

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, messages, and e-commerce platforms.
• Handle order-related questions, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.

• Manage order processing, including order confirmation, shipping arrangements, tracking updates, and urgent shipment handling when required.
• Assist with packing orders during urgent or peak shipment periods.

• Process customer returns and exchanges, including coordination with logistics and internal teams.

• Perform general administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments.

• Assist in updating and uploading product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Perform inventory checks, stock adjustments, and inventory transfers when needed.
• Coordinate inventory movements and update stock records accordingly.

• Prepare and update sales data for weekly and monthly meetings.
• Support sales data tracking, reporting, and performance updates.

• Address customer concerns and operational issues efficiently, escalating to the relevant department when necessary.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members.

• Open to both contract or permanent roles, depending on business needs and candidate preference.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
