Retail cum E-Commerce Executive (Office Hour, up to 3k)

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 + Commission
Responsibilities :
- Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom, providing product information and recommendations
- Handle sales transactions and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, Shopify)
- Process, pack, and coordinate fulfilment of online orders
- Follow up on orders and customer enquiries to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure proper product display
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
- Support daily showroom operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in roadshows, fairs, or promotional events when required
